What does 2.0 mean to me?

2.0 is a web based communications tool allowing customers to interact with the library without going to the actual brick-and-mortal building. It is also an excellent tool for those customers confined to their homes or facilities. Handicapped patrons are able to communication with others, giving them a new lease on life because they have access to the same network as all other users.
